- ACL Injury Prevention:
It is estimated that there are 200,000 ACL injuries occur annually in the US. Women are 2 – 8 times as likely as men to suffer an ACL injury. Our prevention program is designed specifically to prevent ACL Injuries from occurring.
- Speed & Agility:
To enhance speed and agility a multitude of factors come into play; core strength, dynamic flexibility and strength power technique
- Lateral Speed & Agility:
We work on enhancing the ability to move in one direction, plant, and cut in another direction.
- Vertical Jump Power:
We use plyometric training to increase your power and control of your vertical jump
- Strength and Power
Strength and Power development are another integral part of sports training. Our program focuses on multi-joint exercises to build strength and power
- Improve Flexibility
Flexibility is often an overlooked area by non professional athletes. Professionals recognize the importance of flexibility. Our program focuses on Athletes' various forms of stretching to enhance their performance
- Sports Massage
Sports massage targets problematic areas and facilitates stretching to utilize the muscles' full potential therefore enhancing performance as well as helping to prevent injury.
