About Mark


Mark represented the Irish Triathlon Team for 5 years during 1996 - 2001. During that time he raced many International Triathlon Union races including the ITU World Championships and the ETU European Championships. In 2001 he decided to go back to college and became a Physical Therapist.


Upon moving to the US in 2005 he become a Licensed Massage Therapist, Sports Performance Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer. 

He is accustomed to training and treating high level athletes. He spent nine months working and traveling with the US National Women?s Soccer Team in 2008 and played a pivotal role with the teams' training to help win the Gold Medal at the Beijing Olympics. Mark has also worked with the Mens National Olympic Team for the 2012 London Olympics and the USA U20s Soccer Team for the FIFA U20s World Cup in 2007, 2009, 2011 again in 2015.

In 2009 he decided to start back racing Triathlon and concentrated in Long Distance Triathlons, He has raced countless Ironman 70.3s, Marathons and 7 Full Ironman Races. Qualifying for Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii, 70.3 World Championships, ITU World Triathlon Championships and the world famous Boston Marathon

2nd Place Overall 2013 Galena Triathlon

5th Place In age group 2015 ITU World Championship
